Description : deep learning framework running on PyTorch or TensorFlow

Keras 3 is a multi-backend deep learning framework, with support for JAX, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenVINO (for inference-only). Effortlessly build and train models for computer vision, natural language processing, audio processing, timeseries forecasting, recommender systems, etc.

Keras 2 has been orphaned (cf. #1027938 [1]) and removed from Debian's repositories (cf. #1085462 [2]). It also has supported only TensorFlow and Theano which is not or just partly packaged for Debian. With Keras 3, the situation has slightly changed because it also supports PyTorch now which already is in Debian. Since Keras is one of the most popular deep learning frameworks, especially among beginners, I think bringing Keras back to Debian would be a great benefit for Debian.
