JSDoc 3 is an API documentation generator for JavaScript. And can be run
on either Node.js or Mozilla Rhino.

JSDoc 3 supersedes the JsDoc Toolkit Version 2 project, which is no longer
under active development or support. JsDoc Toolkit version 2 is available
in the jsdoc-toolkit package.

node-jsdoc is required for OpenLayers 3 (#774561).
