I took the liberty of replying to the bugreport instead of discretely,
as this conversation might be useful for others reading along as well,
despite it strictly speaking being off topic for the bugreport.

You can change the title of the bugreport from "ITP: redfish ..." ti
"ITP: python-redfish ...".

I find it easiest to do such metadata operations on Debian bugreports
using the command-line tool "bts" part of the Debian package
devscripts. That also has a manpage - `man bts` which I find easier to
understand than the general documentation at https://bugs.debian.org/
