Trelby is a rather capable screenwriting program made in python using the wxpython toolkit. It's more feature complete than stapling together your own awk or perl scripts to enhance fountain and is still developed today. There actually already is a deb package available in source form. A few minor tweaks need to be made to the rules and install files (See the Pull Request in the listed github for patch), but it builds fine and runs fine. This would be an extremely quick and easy addition to debian. It could really use more popularity and being known because I find it to be very nifty.
