Hey, I've already created bird3 Salsa including CI: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/bird3 and uploaded bird3_3.0.0-1 to Debian experimental, it's now waiting in NEW queue: https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/bird3_3.0.0-1.html Please do test it and report bugs once it reaches experimental. The preliminary plan is to test (in experimental) until BIRD 3.1.0 release sometimes in January 2025 and if things are looking good, include that for Debian 13 Trixie (and hopefully Ubuntu 25.04).
