The upstream URL should actually be https://opendev.org/openstack/virtualbmc as the copy on GitHub is merely a mirror (the "about" description on GitHub also says as much). I'm personally surprised that it's not packaged in Debian yet, but you might want to check whether there's interest from the Debian OpenStack team in collaborating on a package for it. -- Jeremy Stanley
