Yes, src:rust-curve25519-dalek embeds rust crate ed25519-dalek and
provides binary package librust-ed25519-dalek-dev.
I guess you are asking because this bugreport remain open.
That's wrong - I intended for this bugreport to close with the initial
release of the package, but evidently that didn't go as planned.
