This package is the second of (now three) dependencies I need to package in order to do this. DDS-KTX is a texture format used to store textures (overview: https://www.khronos.org/ktx/). This library allows an application to parse a file in this format and convert it for use in OpenGL or Vulkan shaders. The source also comes with a small application to demonstrate the library's abilities. This source package would therefore build two packages: dds-ktx-header - the single header file that Citra will build against dds-ktx-ctexviewer - the demo application I am looking to maintain this package myself, but would need a sponsor to upload it for me.
