Good point. I did not think about it twice once recalled that nvidia-cuda-toolkit is in non-free. I have pushed the suggested changes to the git repo g...@salsa.debian.org:nvidia-team/nvidia-nccl.git I think it is ready to enter the NEW queue. Will do it soon.
