Closing #993615 now: golang-github-slack-go-slack has been ACCEPTED
from NEW, and a source-only upload just happened so that it can migrate
to testing.
As mentioned in [1], co-maintenance is more than welcome, and once
again, sorry I didn't spot the early work on this package!
