This is a fork of zpaq 7.15 (already in Debian) which was abandoned
by the developer (Matt Mahoney) in 2016.
As zpaqfranz is supposed to be a compatible replacement for zpaq,
I suggest to make it the new upstream of the existing zpaq package.
Stephen, any opinions on this?
