package from git snapshot 0.0~20211108 still "cheats" by embedding 31 crates (11 missing, 2 broken, 1 outdated, 17 ahead); builds in ~6 minutes; succesfully covnerts a russian subtitle.
Main task now is to package more of the crates currently embedded.
