As far as I can tell, the existing golang-github-pierrec-lz4 debian/* can be copied into this package, the copyright file updated, the watch file updated to scrape v4 tags, and the changelog reset, which should be pretty quick! :-) I'm not sure why uscan in the existing 2.x package isn't finding v4 versions.
