I've made a bunch of RFPs for NodeJS things required to build the CSS files here. It doesn't look possible to get these deps into Debian in reasonable time (some of them even use Dart). Note that the PyPI tarball contains pre-built CSS files instead of their sources. As far as I understand we can't use those until all of their build tools are in main.
