gngeo contains non-free code. I only looed at the starscream module, whuch I am familiar with from dgen. I doubt that it's even legal to distribute this assemblage of code with the GPL slapped on part of it and other parts not at all GPL compatible.
Besides, MAME can emulate neo geo, so what's the point? -- see shy jo
