I have visited the upstream web site http://www.cleancode.org with the purpose of finding out what their philosophy might be regarding open source in general and the DFSG in particular. My impression is they are not what they claim, to wit: This is an open source community, so please feel free to inquire about our code and/or cleancode.org. is their claim, but: ANY COMMERCIAL REDISTRIBUTION OR ANY PROPRIETARY REDISTRIBUTION OF THIS OR ANY SOURCE FROM CLEANCODE.ORG IS PROHIBITED UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND SHALL NOT BE RE-SOLD OR REDISTRIBUTED WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENTS WITH CLEANCODE.ORG just does not make sense.
