I have a framebuffer driver in the upstream kernel and have used fbset to test the driver. Though I have not used the debian version and built it from source for my use, I will hate to see it go away. I have looked at the source and the docs needs to update and one change in the header file. I will like to maintain it if noone else has already shown interest and if it is still orphan. I can see Guillem has updated it after making it orphan, so not sure what the currect status is. -- Regards Sudip
