Hey Thomas, Whilst you are welcome to take on the bbmail package, it is decidedly trivial, and upstream has not produced a new version for over a year. I'd strongly reconmend working on a different package - have a look at [http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/] for some other packages that have been either requested, or orphaned. If you'd still like to take on this package, please get back to me. However, I notice that you are neither in the New Maintainer Queue, or as a Debian Developer. Matt.
