Downsides: * according to maildir-deduplicate's upstream, some non-spam mail servers fail to assign msgids * bad threading (direct reply almost always comes first, the mailing list copy would be better) Big fat upside: * done automatically instead of a [semi-]manual action The package still has its other uses (mutt doubles mails when you lose connection after moving stuff, said to be a common failure of mail fetch, etc) so unless someone else brings another reason I'll continue packaging.
