Sorry that I've been MIA about this, I've been very busy at my day job
recently...  I am almost done with packaging readpst, I just need to find
half an hour to write a manpage for readpstlog...maybe tonight.

AFAIK, Dave has pretty much ceased working on libpst...Though he can
probably speak to this better than I can.

I don't see any nor do I have any knowledge of why there might be a
legal issue with readpst.  Then again, IANAL.  I will post to
debian-legal when the package is complete asking their opinion on this
matter.
