Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MinimumPerl depends on Test::Apocalypse for
all the tests and the latter was removed in bug #754426. The list
of dependencies for Test::Apocalypse isn't worth the benefits it
could bring in my opinion.
Since Perl::MinimumVersion is already packaged in Debian, running
perlver to determine the minimum version of perl required from
some code is easy, then adding the following section to dist.ini:
[Prereqs]
perl = 5.6.0
would be enough and it shouldn't change that often either.
Packaging Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MinimumPerl was an attempt to
automate this detection. I'm sorry it proved too much effort.
