Ok, I looked over the text of the GPL3 and it looks like copyright owners need to opt in if they want author information preserved in derivative works. It does not look like this was done by the Faenza creator. Could you please mention the Faenza creator's name in your debian/copyright, either in the Copyright line or a Comment line? That satisfies my concern for #11. 16.
