Cc:ing the pkg-mozilla-maintainers@ mailing list: should such an extension be (team) maintained there or in collab-maint or it does not matter?
I'm not an expert on such things, but I packaged xul-ext-exteditor and nobody complained, that I did something wrong :~) I set mainatiner to "Debian Mozilla Extension Maintainers", myself as uploader and code is in collab-maint. Works. Cheers PS: Current version of xul-ext-mail-redirect is 0.9.2 now. It would be nice to have it in Debian.
