sorry but I had to add something here. I find it very weird that such a useful tool is not included because it might break kde's session. However even more confusing to me is that at the same time kde-config-gtk-style is included a tool that breaks all GTK desktops by creating a custom gtkrc that is always loaded - even if the user runs a GTK based desktop like Xfce or MATE.
