I'm not sure it is fair to use infrastructure of a free software
project such as Debian as a platform to distribute your non-free
software, especially considering you base it on free software packages
such as librtlsdr and dump1090. We'd welcome it as if it were free
software, but I see no benefit to Debian or Debian users from it as it
is now.

If anything, I'd vote against inclusion of such software even into non-free.
