One of the dependencies (python3-parsedatetime) in only available in
experimental (I contributed the Python 3 packaging after the freeze
unfortunately).

The whole python-agate* ecosystem is here to serve the next update of
csvkit, which will also happen in experimental anyway. After the freeze,
both csvkit and python-agate* should migrate to unstable together, I
suppose.
