Hi tony. I already did load of work on this. In fact I seem to have a working package. In fact I thought it was packaged and uploaded, but apparently not. I think I ran into some issues about jrcs vs diffutils-java and licences. I recall a mail thread with the authors of both. I also forget why I was packaging it.
