In my opinion the program is ready for uploading under the GPL2, see http://chalaev.com/wifi-switcher https://github.com/chalaev/wifi-switcher https://github.com/chalaev/wifi-switcher/tree/master/current_release but I can not do it because I am not a Debian Developer. Is it possible to submit the program to a Debian Developer, or I have to register as a a Debian Developer myself?
