Bootstrap is a popular HTML, CSS, and JS framework for developing responsive, mobile first projects on the web. It includes base CSS and HTML for typography, forms, buttons, tables, grids, navigation, and more. ---- Bootstrap 3 is being replaced by a lighter version called Bootstrap 4. It's mostly a rewrite, and should probably be packaged separately as it is not backwards-compatible. The main differences between 3 and 4 are well documented in this post: http://blog.getbootstrap.com/2015/08/19/bootstrap-4-alpha/ 4 is still in alpha stages, according to this there will be an alpha6 before they go in beta stages: http://blog.getbootstrap.com/2016/10/19/bootstrap-4-alpha-5/ .... which should be any day now considering alpha4 was released a month earlier.
