It is a fairly extensive and comprehensive interface to the graph algorithms contained in the BOOST C++ libraries. Many BioConductor packages are maintained by the Debian Med team, and I would be very happy for this package to be maintained in that way. I am not a Debian Developer, so will require a sponsor.
