BIDS is a recommended specification on how to standardize files hierarchy layout for neuroimaging raw data: http://bids.neuroimaging.io BIDS Validator provides web and cmdline interface to validate conformance to the specification of any given directory. Sample deployment: http://incf.github.io/bids-validator This package would be of interest for any "neuroimager" and thus of interest to NeuroDebian team. But unfortunately due to very limited experience packaging node.js apps, we are seeking for help with this RFP. Whenever initial packaging is done we could help maintaining it.
