At this time I thought about packaging pp3, but failed due to some weirdness in the upstream Makefile. Recently "Debian Astro Pure Blend" appeared and I found your wnpp bug. Do you think it is still necessary / recommended to package pp3? I have a working package here. It is far from being perfect and I'm not sure if it is worth to keep on working.
