Package: wnpp Severity: normal With suomi-malaga (now voikko-fi) and libvoikko no longer using malaga, I have no specific interest in maintaining malaga anymore.
Voikko-fi now uses 'foma' finite-state compiler, and libvoikko uses its internal code instead of relying on a library. As of today there are no remaining reverse dependencies. The upstream has not seen changes in 2008. During the last 6 months the website has also disappeared but a snapshot may be browsed at: https://web.archive.org/web/20150801232341/http://home.arcor.de/bjoern-beutel/malaga/ However, malaga still seems functional and has seen the required minimal maintenance, so it's not in an immediate need of removing. The most apparent packaging maintenance need would be to fix the reported malaga-mode bugs.
