In the source package I see: Vcs-Browser: http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=collab-maint/b43-fwcutter.git Vcs-Git: git://anonscm.debian.org/collab-maint/b43-fwcutter.git ... so anyone who's in collab-maint has write access there.
