Hi Jordan, Thanks for filing this ITP. I was working to package ridley during last year and I packaged several gems needed for that package but I never managed to file the ITPs for the ruby-buff-* gems so now I'm sorry to see that maybe I caused some work duplication on this. I have a package for this gem, if you want I can push my repo to pkg-ruby team git and you can take it from there. If you have your package ready and you want to upload it, I understand and there is no problem. Just wanted to let you know I was working on this some time ago.
