* toPoint, takes an mgrs string, returns an array of '[lon,lat]'
This package contains the mgrs utility for Node.js.
Node.js is an event-based server-side JavaScript engine.
The package is a dependency of proj4js (#774112)
and will be maintained in the Debian GIS team.
