Hello,

No, jessie is closed, only security issues and rc-bugs are fixed, no
new packages.

Also with libgcrypt20 jessie includes upstream's current stable
release of gcrypt. I suggest contacting spotify support and ask for a
rebuild against libgcrypt20.
