I've uploaded the current package to experimental. It's currently waiting in the NEW queue (https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/etcd_2.0.0-1.html).
There are still a few things that can do with improvement, in particular making the setup easier (debconf integration, SSL certificate creation). Jelmer
