control: reopen -1 control: owner -1 ! control: block 752546 by -1 binpac is still needed for building bro. bro 2.3.1 ships with several components that are also maintained as separate projects and also available as separate tarballs -- as well as 3rd party code (sqlite3).
It's therefore approproiate to take those pieces out of the bro tarball and package them separately. A binpac is still needed then for building bro. I'll do an upload soon.
