+++ Wookey [2013-11-27 15:29 +0000]: THis ITP was stalled waiting fordxflib 2.5.0 to reach Debian unstable. That has now occurred (Dec 2013 in fact) so nothing is stopping this package being uploaded.
I am in discussion with the upstream maintainer about exactly when/how to do this.
