These tools are use by Open Build Service workers and openSUSE distribution by default. By default it claims very generic paths: /usr/bin/build /usr/lib/build I'm planning to keep those as per upstream, if however there are strong objections I'd be happy to change those to obs-build. This package will enchnace osc by making `osc build' be able to do local package builds against various distributions out there.
