A nilsimsa signature is a statistic of n-gram occurance in a piece of text. It is a 256 bit value usually represented in hex. Everything is GPLed. [ I packaged this to be able to see razor v2 working in my system using only Debian packages, but of course once the package exists, the logical thing to do is to share it ].
