I knew that module was BSD licensed when I started packaging it, but
not which one; and for the debian/copyright file, I need to be more
specific. But I also only ask because the rest of the PGObject*
modules that I've packaged so far have been, IIRC, bsd-2-clause; while
this one appears to bsd-3-clause, being listed that way in both the
README and PseudoCSV.pm.
If bsd-3-clause is the intended license, I'll just finish up with
the packaging noting that and see about getting it uploaded.
