retitle 740011 RFP: ruby-rugged -- Ruby bindings to libgit2 noowner 740011 thanks
I changed my mind about packaging this gem. I think I can solve my requirement with ruby-octokit gem. I also think libgit2 and ruby-rugged should mature before being included in an stable release.
