Hello, I'd like to adopt python-irc package. I'm currently using this library in a project which consists in a bot writing on IRC important events happening on a server (su/sudo executions, some ssh logins, monitoring alerts...). The Debian package really eases the setup process of my project and I hope I can find enough time to maintain it.
