It seems there is no explicit automake-1.13 inside autogen.sh [1] and [2]. But inside /usr/bin/aclocal line 30 : @Aclocal::perl_libdirs = ('/usr/share/automake-1.13') and /usr/bin/automake line 32 : @Automake::perl_libdirs = ('/usr/share/automake-1.13') In conclusion: in my system there are to explicit references to automake-1.13.
