I can take a look at dict-revo; I know some XML and am comfortable enough with Esperanto to talk with the upstream maintainer in e-mail if need be.
I have been a Debian developer in the past, but have been out of the loop for a while, so I would probably need to have my records brought up-to-date if I were to become the official maintainer for this.
