Gurkan, all; hi -- I'm working on a package of scponly as part of by New Maintainer application. I've put powerpc and i386 packages of it up for discussion at <http://swift.piffle.org/~andrewc/debian/>; there are still a few rough edges that will need fixing before the program will play completely nice with a Debian system, but I am working with the upstream author on fixing those.
