thanks a lot for digging that up! I think that the email documented at the github URL is fully sufficient. I'll include it in d/copyright and upload Math::Libm shortly. Regarding the other Slic3r dependencies, I seem to remember libmath-geometry-voronoi-perl had a reply from upstream and should be ready for upload as well; but could you remind me if there are even more dependencies that I've forgotten?
