It's not in any repo. All I can find is: libattica-dev <http://packages.debian.org/unstable/libattica-dev>(0.2.0-1+b1 [hurd-i386, m68k, sh4], 0.2.0-1 [alpha, amd64, armel, armhf, hppa, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, powerpcspe, s390, s390x, sparc, sparc64]) Both for testing and unstable... That's why I filed the request.
